Energy

Scripture:
28 We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. 29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me. (Colossians 1:28-29 )

Observation:
Paul tells us to spend all of the Lord's energy on getting God's message out to the world. He says to spend all God's energy on this because God will give you the energy you need to keep going. Our small amount of energy is to be used in taking care of our families and close relationships along with our day to day work life.

Application:
Know that God will provide all the energy I will ever need to do His work in my life. Trust Him for it.

Prayer:
Lord, sometimes I don't do something because I just don't have the energy to get up and do it. But I now know that if it is of you, then I can count on having all the energy I need. Praise you Father in Jesus mighty name, AMEN!
