Real Name
Church Attending
Position in church (Member, Worship Leader, Pastor...)
Guitar experience level.
Requested Username

I need this info to keep the forum free of spam and other junk we don't want.

I will create an ID (Last name First initial) and password for you and email them back to you. You can then change your password to whatever you want. I do NOT keep password records so please keep your password in a safe place. If you lose it, I will have to create you a new one erasing the old one.
I will try and use your requested username as long as it is not already used and it is not something objectionable. Please use YOUR REAL NAME whenever possible.
